Black Bella Luxury Spa Guest Guidelines 

Welcome to Black Bella Luxury Spa, a haven of relaxation, rejuvenation, and respect. We are committed to ensuring every guest’s experience is safe, therapeutic, and serene. To maintain the highest standards of professionalism and care, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following guidelines: 

Respect and Conduct 

1. Courtesy and Professionalism: All guests and staff deserve to be treated with respect, kindness, and dignity. Any behavior deemed disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate will not be tolerated. 

2. Therapeutic Services Only: Black Bella Spa provides professional, results-driven spa and wellness services. We do not offer illegal, sexual, or unethical services. Any requests or behaviors that contradict this policy will result in immediate termination of your session and may lead to a permanent ban from the spa. 

Communication and Health Information 

1. Honest Disclosure: Please provide complete and accurate information about your health, medical conditions, and reasons for visiting. This ensures we can tailor your experience safely and effectively. 

2. Feedback Encouraged: During your treatment, let your provider know if you have any preferences or discomfort. Open communication enhances your experience.

 Timeliness

1. Arrive on Time: To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, as our team strives to stay on schedule for everyone’s benefit. Arrival 20 minutes or later may result in forfeiture of session booked. 

2. Cancellations and No-Shows: Kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees. 

Spa Environment 

1. Cell Phone Use: To preserve the tranquility of our space, please silence your mobile devices and refrain from phone calls while in the spa. 

2. Children and Guests: For safety and the enjoyment of all, only guests receiving treatments are permitted in the spa facility. Children under the age of 16 receiving treatment must be accompanied by an adult and have services pre-approved. 

Hygiene and Safety 

1. Cleanliness: Personal hygiene is essential for a safe and pleasant spa environment. When at all possible, please shower if you’ve engaged in physical activity prior to your treatment. 

2. Use of Products and Equipment: Follow the directions provided by your therapist or staff for all products and equipment to ensure your safety and maximize the benefits. 

Rights and Reservations 

1. Refusal of Service: Black Bella Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, appearing under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or failing to comply with these guidelines. 

2. Policy Adherence: By booking and attending an appointment, you agree to adhere to all spa policies and procedures. 

Gratitude and Gratification 

1. Tipping: Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory. 

If you choose to tip, cash or card options are available.
