The training and class financing terms under this agreement includes making monthly payments by the due date specified in the Denefits agreement. Delayed or defaulted payments will result in negative credit reporting & additional fees.
Each occurrence of late payment will incur a $50 administrative fee payable to Black Bella DC.
Subscribers are responsible for delinquent payment processing costs and the balance of each financing account may be transferred to an outside collections agent at any time. the option to pay the balance of any amount owed may be paid in advance to avoid processing & interest fees.
Should a subscriber wish to cancel the classes and/or training the value is non-refundable.
For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Wallet & Cash App.
All sales are final. equipment, courses and training packages are non-refundable and nontransferable.
I understand that Black Bella DC does not claim to provide any state/county/city license or certificate to operate in any jurisdiction.
Subscribers are fully informed of the nature and purpose of the training experience, expected outcomes, and possible additional requirements. It is understand that no guarantee can be given as to the final result obtained. The purpose of the training is to learn operation, protocols & safety.
It is the personal responsibility of each subscriber to maintain machine(s). The 6 month manufacture's warranty applies to design or defects only.
Each subscriber is competent and mentally capable of giving informed consent to the provision of the services herein and am not subject to duress or under undue influence.
